Based in London for an International Operator reporting to the CTO responsible for
the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective delivery of offshore well intervention activities in open‑water
environments, primarily across mature assets.
The role focuses on light well intervention (LWI), open‑sea interventions, and non‑deepwater
workover activities, with a strong operational footprint in West Africa and South America.
Experience working for independent oil and gas companies operating late‑life or brownfield
portfolios is strongly preferred.
The position requires hands‑on delivery experience across intervention vessel operations, modular
intervention spreads, jack‑up‑based interventions, and rigless techniques, with a pragmatic and
value‑focused approach suited to mature field economics.
